About Us:
We are seeking a large, Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ school in the Borough of Barking and Dagenham. From September, they are looking for a long-term Year 5 Teacher. The successful Year 5 Teacher will be committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for the children. Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work successfully as part of a team as a Year 5 Teacher
Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback accordingly.
Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
QTS or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience
Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
Prior experience as a Year 5 Teacher
UK classroom-based experience
