Academics is excited to be working with a local primary school based in Colchester that are looking for passionate Early Career Teachers to join their team!
This Colchester Year 5 ECT role is a full-time position. The successful applicant will be joining a supportive KS2 team, teaching a vibrant Year 5 class, and gaining valuable classroom experience in a nurturing environment.
You'll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, build strong relationships with pupils, and receive dedicated support throughout your induction year.
The successful ECT will have:
* Completed their teacher training and achieved QTS
* A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* A willingness to develop classroom management skills and grow as a professional
