We’re looking for a motivated and confident Teaching Assistant to support a fantastic child in Year 5 on a 1:1 basis, focusing on academic support in class. This is your chance to help a child thrive and truly make a difference!
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Working 1:1 with a child in Year 5 during lessons
✅ Supporting English, Maths & wider curriculum work
✅ Helping with focus, understanding and confidence
✅ Encouraging progress, independence and a love for learning
✅ Being a positive, reliable presence in their daily school life
Who We’re Looking For:
✨ Someone confident with KS2-level work, especially Year 5
✨ Great at explaining things simply and clearly
✨ Positive, patient and encouraging
✨ Previous 1:1 academic support experience is a big plus
✨ TA qualification (Level 2 or 3) is a bonus – but not essential with the right experience
