The class you will be teaching is a mixed class of pupils with various levels of abilities, therefore we require a teacher capable of ensuring each pupils reaches their full potential.

As a teacher, we are seeking a teacher with the following attributes;

Great understanding of the UK National Curriculum and other statutory requirements.
Can cope securely with subject-related questions which pupils raise.
Able to identify clear teaching objectives, content, lesson structures and sequences appropriate to the subject matter.
Set appropriate expectations for pupils' learning and motivation.
Ensure effective teaching of whole classes, groups and individuals.
Use teaching methods which keep pupils engaged
Able to identify clear teaching objectives, content, lesson structures and sequences appropriate to the subject matter.
Set high expectations for pupils' behaviour, establishing and maintaining a good standard of discipline.
