About the Role:
Aspire People are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Telford to recruit a Year 6 Teacher for a full-time, permanent position starting September 2026. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, teach, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 6 curriculum.

Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development, preparing them for the transition to secondary school.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support children's learning and wellbeing.

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (ETCS welcome)

Passion for teaching and inspiring children in Year 6

Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and Key Stage 2 pedagogy

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Collaborative, proactive, and committed to professional development
