We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join Smile Education to work with a Key Stage 2 team within a school in Solihull.
As our ideal teacher, you will have a passion for teaching and creating inspiring lessons that engage students of all abilities. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons that motivate, stretch and challenge students.
To be successful in your application, you must have the following:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – (ECTs are welcome to apply!)
Be reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
Have experience working with children of all abilities.
Be prepared to provide planning and individual educational plans for students who have SEN.Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons to enhance student learning.
Assess, record, and report on student progress to parents/carers.
Set and mark classwork, homework and assessments.
Design activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and, collaboration.
Work with colleagues to plan appropriate teaching activities.
Create an effective environment for learning.
Utilise and promote the use of technology in the classroom.
Develop professional relationships with pupils, staff members, parents/carers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of teaching best practices.What Smile will offer you:
