Job Description
BDS are currently recruiting for experienced Housing Support Workers based in Boston and Lincoln to work with young people aged 16- 21 .
The main focus of the role is to provide young people, aged 16 – 21 who have support needs, the essential living skills required for them to move on independently and live happily, settled and safe within the community.
Main duties will include but are not limited too;
* Supporting service users develop life skills
* Accompany to meetings/ appointments
* Offer emotional support
* Create and support with move on plans
Hours; Between the hours of 08:00am -23:00pm on a rolling rota including weekends,
Pay Rate; £14.77 per hour PAYE, £19.50 per hour Umbrella
This is a temp to perm position to start ASAP
YOU MUST BE A DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO A VEHICLE
YOU MUST HOLD AN ENHANCED DBS FROM THE LAST 12 MONTHS
