The role – Youth Mentor
We are looking for an experienced Youth Mentor to join a fast paced SEMH School based in Lambeth on a long term basis. For this Youth Mentor role you will be supporting students on a 1:1 basis with SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviour. For this Youth Mentor role you must have a calm and empathetic approach and see the best in every child. Strong behaviour management skills is essential for this Youth Mentor role due to the nature of the students.
