Youth Programme Lead | Training Cave | West Yorkshire | £25,000 p.a.
We’re looking for an inspiring leader to join the team at Training Cave, a community-focused boxing and fitness organisation that transforms lives through sport, mentorship, and education.
As Youth Programme Lead, you’ll take the helm of our outreach work—supporting young people who face challenges such as exclusion, mental health issues, or involvement in crime. You’ll manage their youth referral programme, build relationships with schools and local services, and lead impactful boxing and fitness sessions that motivate and empower.
This role offers:
* A full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
* Leadership of grassroots youth projects with measurable impact
* Opportunities to shape future service delivery, reporting, and education initiatives

We’re looking for someone with:
