Salary banding: £23,690 - £25,750
Location: Cardiff, field based covering South Wales
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm

About the role
As a Youth Tutor, you will work closely with students to provide individualised tutoring sessions, support their learning needs, and inspire them to achieve their potential.

Your impact
* Delivering training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to engage, support, and motivate learners to enhance their skills and progression opportunities.
* Develop creative lesson plans incorporating differentiated teaching styles and activities to ensure a quality learning experience.
* Planning and supporting the learner in their individual learning journey.
* Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications to a quality standard in a timely fashion.
What are we looking for?
Essential
* Previous experience working as a tutor, trainer, or mentor for young people with a classroom environment
* Minimum Level 3 qualification or Degree equivalent.
* Good level of Math and English GCSE C, Level 5 or above
* Ability to engage, motivate, and support young people in a learning environment.
* Ability to plan lessons, assess learner progress, and provide feedback effectively.
