Job Description

Looking for a role where you actually make a difference? This Bristol primary school needs someone who can step in and support a pupil with SEMH needs, someone calm, consistent, and ready to build trust. This isn’t a “sit back and observe” role. You’ll be: Supporting behaviour in the moment Helping a child regulate and re-engage Working closely with a team that genuinely supports each other The school is big on inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and giving every child a fair shot, so you’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone. What’s in it for you: £14.30+ hourly, PAYE Weekly pay, no chasing invoices Free training and development Proper consultant support We’re after someone who: Gets SEMH. Stays calm. Builds trust. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
