About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Material Re-Handler / 360 Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 machine with grab and handling and sorting a range of materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Operate a 360-material handler with grab attachment safely and efficiently

  * Load, unload, and sort materials such as waste and recycling

  * Feed processing equipment (e.g. shredders, screeners, picking lines)

  * Maintain stockpiles and ensure site organisation is kept to a high standard

  * Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance

  * Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations

  * Report any faults or issues promptly

Requirements

  * Valid CPCS or NPORS card for 360 Excavator (above and/or below 10 tonnes, as applicable)

  * Proven experience operating a 360 machine with grab attachment

  * Good awareness of health & safety in a recycling, waste, or construction environment

  * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  * Strong attention to detail and safe working practices

Desirable (but not essential)

  * Experience in waste management, recycling, or scrap yard operations

  * Additional plant tickets (loading shovel, telehandler, etc.)

  * Mechanical knowledge or basic maintenance skills
