The Role:
You will be responsible for a balanced portfolio of duties: nurturing strong relationships with existing, valuable clients (Account Management) while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities (Business Development).
Existing Customer Focus: Maintain and grow revenue within an established client base, ensuring high levels of service delivery and client retention.
New Business Generation: Proactively source and convert new clients. You will be empowered to hunt for your own leads and build your pipeline from scratch. This is not a high-pressure, relentless cold-calling environment. We are looking for strategic thinkers who thrive on building genuine, long-term partnerships, not just transactional wins.
