Job Description

Are you an experienced accounts administrator looking for a new opportunity?
 
 I'm working with a fast-growing client in the property sector, and they are seeking a talented individual to join their expanding team.
 
 If you have at least 2 years experience working within an accounts team, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you! This is an exciting chance to contribute to a company on the rise.
 
 Responsibilities:

Recording incoming payments from tenants.
Preparing and issuing invoices to tenants.
Processing client account statements.
Handling outbound payments to clients and contractors.
Managing tenant bond payment administration.
Setting up new tenants and archiving former tenant records.
Coordinating with fee earners to ensure the efficient management of client account processes.
Updating and maintaining the accounts database with accuracy.
Conducting daily bank reconciliations with the accounts database.
Preparing and maintaining arrears reports.
 
 Salary up to £28,000 DOE
