Morgan McKinley is working with an SME type business based in Brighton. They are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will carry out everyday transactional accounting, supporting with month-end, accruals, accounts payable invoicing, supplier setup and reconciliations.
Salary: £28-32K
Location: Brighton, East Sussex - hybrid working - 3 days office
Accounts Assistant duties:
Processing invoices
Preparing the monthly payment run for suppliers
Bank account and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Supporting with month end and audits
Balance sheet reconciliationsSkills and experience:
Proven experience working in a similar Finance Assistant - Accounts Assistant role within an SME environment
Excellent communication skills
