We are looking for an Accounts/Administration Coordinator to join a well-established Bradford-based team. This hands-on varied role is perfect for someone with Accounting experience, providing support to both internal teams and external clients.
Salary £27,000
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales ledger, ensuring customer accounts are up to date and payment terms are adhered to.
Reconcile daily bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Check, code, and post supplier invoices while reconciling supplier statements.
Proactively review aged creditors and resolve queries to prevent payment delays.
Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice and account queries.
Assist with preparation for Audits.
Build professional relationships with both suppliers and internal teams.
Support general administrative tasks, including filing, mail handling, and responding to general queries.Ideal Candidate:
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
