Investment Administrator
Central Bristol – Up to £24,000 per annum.
A leading financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join their team.

Full time Monday - Friday 35 hours per week. (Two days hybrid is offered after 6 months)
About the Role:
You’ll be part of a busy, hands-on team that ensures the smooth daily running of client accounts. From processing transfer requests to collaborating with advisers and colleagues, you’ll help keep everything accurate, timely, and well-coordinated.
Your work will include:
Processing transfers and client instructions with a focus on accuracy and same-day turnaround
Liaising with advisers, fund managers, and other providers to keep transfers moving
Supporting other Operations teams when needed
Highlighting opportunities to improve processes and service quality
Helping test or refine internal systems and tools
Working collaboratively to resolve issues and deliver the right outcome first time
Essential Skills
Calm under pressure and able to manage a busy workflow
Confident and clear communicator (written and verbal)
Highly organised, accurate, and efficient
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, “let’s sort this” mindset
Ability to challenge existing processes in a constructive way
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Desirable Skills
6–12 months’ experience in an admin-focused role (ideally)
Awareness of ISA and SIPP regulations
Experience within a platform or investment operations environment (advantageous but not essential)
Working Hours & Conditions:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically 9am–5pm)
Background checks will be required (identity, criminal records, financial)
