Administrator / Customer Service Assistant
Earles Colne, Essex
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
£12.50 per hour
We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our clients friendly team based in Earles Colne. This is a key role within their business, supporting customers and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
* Process online orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment
* Maintain and update customer records and order databases
* Assist with general office administration
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online order systems
