Job Description

Administrator - Construction - Part-Time (18 Hours p/w) A growing and well-established building and construction business is looking to appoint a Project Administrator to support their Northern team based in Warrington on a temporary assignment for 3 months. You would be assisting with the day-to-day running of the office, so the ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running. This role will have an initial focus on O&M manuals and document control across large-scale projects, offering a great opportunity to be involved in both project and office operations. Key Responsibilities Act as Document Controller on large-scale projects, supporting project teams, while managing and organising all project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track project progress using systems such as NetSuite, Procore and internal trackers. Provide general administrative support including handling paperwork, purchase orders, expenses, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Support O&M manual creation, supplier onboarding, labour tracking, and assist with reports, presentations, and wider team requirements including travel, events and onboarding.The ideal candidate will have Strong experience using Microsoft Office programmes Excellent organisation and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail Strong numerical ability and understanding of profit margins Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload Experience as an administrator or document controller within a building and construction environment (desirable)Benefits 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata) Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Ongoing training and development opportunities Position: Temporary (3 months) Location: Warrington WA1 Pay rate: DOE NOTE: This is a part-time position - 18 hours per week (9 hours per day: Potential Flexibility on which days Monday through Friday)
