As an Office Administrator, you’ll be:
* Handling customer queries via phone, email and social media in a professional manner
* Supporting social media activity including posting content and scheduling updates
* Updating product information, descriptions and pricing across digital platforms
* Processing orders from entry through to dispatch and coordinating deliveries
* Maintaining accurate records across systems and ensuring attention to detail
To succeed as an Office Administrator, you’ll bring:
* Previous experience working in an administrator role
* Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
* Confidence using digital systems and updating online content
Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rota basis between 08:30 – 16:30 and 09:00 – 17:00, with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Full training will be provided, and you won’t be expected to work earlier shifts independently until fully confident.
