Job Description
Administrators Required (Commercial & Delivery Teams)
JML Jobmatcha are currently recruiting for two experienced Administrators to join a major infrastructure project in the Saxmundham area
📍 Location: IP17 – Saxmundham
⏱ Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
💷 Rate: £15-£20 per hour
Roles Available:
Administrator – Commercial Team
* Supporting the Commercial Team and Document Control
* Maintaining complex Excel schedules
* Uploading and managing documentation via Aconex
* Assisting with document control processes and reporting
Administrator – Delivery Team
* Supporting the self-delivery team on site
* Reviewing allocation sheets against labour records and plant reports
* Identifying and reporting discrepancies or missing data
* Assisting with daily operational reporting
Requirements (Both Roles):
* Previous experience working for a contractor (not client-side)
* Strong Excel skills (essential)
* Experience using document control systems
* Understanding of NEC contracts
* Knowledge or exposure to steelwork, cladding, or building envelope packages
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
