Administrator – Immediate Start (IP17)
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in the IP17 area, with an immediate start available.
This role will see you working closely with the Commercial Team and Document Control, supporting key administrative processes and ensuring the smooth handling of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Commercial Team and Document Control functions
* Maintain and manage complex Excel schedules
* Upload and manage documentation using Aconex
* Ensure accuracy and organisation of project records
Requirements:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience using document control systems (Aconex preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
