Job Description

Administrator 

Administrator required on a temporary contract basis for four months based in Bournemouth. This Administrator with be joining a specialist main contractor on a £90m project. The ideal candidate will come with previous administrative experience preferably within construction with strong computer system knowledge including Microsoft packages. 

Responsibilities for Administrator 

Assist Document control team with scanning and filling project documentation. 
Manage and maintain personal records using M-site
Support H&S team with compliance and training as and when required
Generic ad-hoc administrative duties  

Requirements for Administrator 

Previous experience in a similar role either administration/ site administration or document control 
Organised, diligent and proactive attitude and nature
Prior experience using M-site is preferred 
Self-motivated and team player attitude essential  

What we offer for Administrator

Paying £16-£17ph
Working hours 8am - 4pm with a 30-minute lunch
