We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Manager to join a reputable main dealer based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy and well-established aftersales operation, ensuring operational excellence, high profitability, and superior customer satisfaction.
 As the Aftersales Manager, you will have full accountability for the service and aftersales departments, managing day-to-day activities and driving team performance. Our client offers a competitive package, career development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Basic salary of up to £45,000, with an OTE of £60,000 including performance-related bonus
Company car provided
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 6:00pm
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Drive department performance, productivity, and profitability
Manage workshop loading, utilisation, and operational efficiency
Maintain high standards of quality control and customer care
Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
Ensure adherence to all processes and industry standards and regulationsRequirements of the Aftersales Manager:

Proven experience in an Aftersales or Service Management role within the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
