Job Title - Agriculture Lecturer
 Salary - up to £45,000
 Location - Northamptonshire

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Agriculture professional to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation of learners.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Agriculture courses.

Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.

Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current agricultural industry trends and standards.

Support students in developing their practical farming skills, technical knowledge, and employability within the agriculture and land-based sector.

Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Develop industry partnerships with farms, agricultural businesses, and land-based organisations to enhance student learning opportunities, work placements, and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Agriculture or a related land-based subject.

Extensive industry experience within the agriculture or farming sector.

A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
