The Role:
You will be working on a variety of schemes, taking projects through all RIBA stages with a particular focus on technical delivery. The position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience following Part 3 qualification
Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Proven ability to deliver projects from design through to completion
Confident in liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
Excellent technical and detailing skills, with a keen eye for accuracy
Proficiency in [insert software, e.g. Revit/AutoCAD if relevant]
