This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to hit the ground-running for their York Studio.

Deliver on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
