Architectural Technologist
Manchester
Up to £45,000 DOE

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a capable Architectural Technologist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technologist to play a key role in the technical delivery of projects, supporting schemes from design through to completion within a collaborative studio that offers flexible and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Support the technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages using Revit
• Assist with the day-to-day running of projects, helping to manage programmes and deliverables
• Coordinate with consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams
• Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and construction issues

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Experience within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is desirable
• Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Confident communicator with good organisational skills
