Job Description

We are currently working with a well-established architectural practice that is looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

This role will focus on Stage 4 technical detailing within the healthcare sector, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile projects.

Fully remote working may be considered.

Responsibilities:

Produce detailed technical drawings using Revit
	
Deliver Stage 4 design and construction information
	
Work closely with the wider design team to ensure accuracy and coordination
	
Contribute to the delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist
	
Strong proficiency in Revit
	
Solid experience delivering Stage 4 / technical detailing packages
	
Experience within the healthcare sector 
	
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
