Job Description
We are looking for an Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality construction information. Working for one of the leading practices in the North East.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Develop BIM models and manage digital workflows.
Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and external consultants.
Contribute to technical problem-solving and value-engineering.
Support site operations, RFIs, and compliance checks.
Skills & Experience
Chartered membership (MCIAT) or working toward it.
Strong Revit proficiency.
Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
