Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with significant technical capability and leadership experience to manage complex projects and support the development of junior staff. Working for a leading practice in the North East.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice construction solutions.

Skills & Experience

Chartered (MCIAT) preferred.
	
Extensive experience with UK building regulations and complex projects.
	
Strong Revit and BIM management skills.
	
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
