About the Role

As an Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained across all assigned sites. You will be responsible for leading audits, attending client meetings, and supporting site teams to deliver exceptional results.

While the role is primarily supervisory, you should be comfortable providing hands-on cleaning support when required to maintain service levels.

Key Responsibilities

    Conduct regular site audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.

    Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

  * 

    Lead and support on-site cleaning teams to deliver outstanding service.

  * 

    Assist with ad-hoc cleaning tasks when necessary.

  * 

    Ensure all cleaning processes follow company guidelines and health & safety regulations.

  * 

    Support training, development, and performance monitoring of cleaning staff.

  * 

    Manage schedules, resources, and operational needs across multiple sites.

Requirements

  * 

    Previous experience in cleaning supervision or a similar leadership role.

  * 

    A full driving licence is essential due to the geographical spread of sites.

  * 

    Strong communication and organisational skills.

  * 

    Ability to lead, motivate, and support teams.

  * 

    A hands-on, proactive approach with a commitment to high standards.
