Area Sales Manager – Engineering Components

Dartford

£40,000 - £45,000 Basic + Commission (60K OTE) + Bonus + Car Or / Car Allowance + Progression + Holiday + Pension + Private Healthcare

We’re recruiting for a long-established, fast-growing engineering firm known for its high-quality components and solutions across the UK and global markets. They’re now seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a key territory, build long-lasting client relationships, and drive new business opportunities across the region.

Your Role As A Area Sales Manager Will Include:

* Managing and developing a commercial client base across Kent, London and surrounding areas

* Identifying new opportunities and converting them into long-term customers

* Building strong, consultative relationships with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers

*Delivering consistent revenue growth through strategic account development

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting

As A Area Sales Manager You Will Have:

* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in engineering, technical, or manufacturing sectors

* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

* Motivated self-starter who thrives in a field-based, target-driven role

* Full UK driving licence

*Commutable to the Dartford area
