Area Sales Manager – HVAC / Building Services
Location: Peterborough & surrounding areas
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Company Bonus + Company Car

Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager with a background in HVAC, plumbing & heating, or building services?

We’re working with a well-established and growing distributor within the HVAC and building services sector, looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the Peterborough region.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a warm patch, develop key relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

  * Managing and developing an existing portfolio of HVAC and trade customers

  * Winning new business across contractors, installers, and commercial clients

  * Promoting a wide range of HVAC / plumbing & heating products

  * Building strong, long-term relationships to maximise account spend

  * Working closely with the internal sales and branch teams

  * Attending client meetings, site visits, and networking within the region

What We’re Looking For

  * Proven experience in a field-based sales / Area Sales role

  * Background in HVAC, plumbing & heating, or building services

  * Experience selling into contractors, installers, or trade customers

  * Strong new business and account management skills

  * Commercially driven with a proactive approach

  * Full UK driving licence
