Job Description

Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Representative required to join a well-known manufacturer of hand tools, DIY and garden equipment.

 The Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Representative will cover the Southeast of the UK, including up to Grantham to Norfolk, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Reading, Luton, Kent, London, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Peterborough, Basingstoke, Guidlford, Portsmouth, Oxford, etc.

 We’re looking for a background selling hand tools, DIY tools, DIY supplies, gardening accessories, or similar into builders merchants, garden centres, retailers or buying groups.

 Role
Deliver profitable sales growth and increased distribution across the Southeast of the UK
Selling hand tools, DIY tools, gardening accessories to builders merchants, garden centres, retailers or buying groups.
Support and participate in trade shows, customer events, and quarterly sales meetings
All on direct and indirect customers and distributors
New business development and account manager
 
Requirements
Proven field sales experience as an Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Sales Representative or similar
Background selling hand tools, DIY tools, DIY supplies, consumer products, gardening accessories, or similar into builders merchants, garden centres, retailers or buying groups.
Based in the Southeast of the UK – including Grantham to Norfolk, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Reading, Luton, Kent, London, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Peterborough, Basingstoke, Guidlford, Portsmouth, Oxford, etc
