As a General Sales Manager, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximise vehicle sales
Drive sales growth and profitability across new and used vehicle departments in your capacity as General Sales Manager
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as the key figure in this position
Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and efficiently
Ensure all administrative processes and reporting are completed accurately and within deadlines
Maintain full compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standardsRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager or in a senior sales management position within the motor trade
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organised with meticulous attention to detail
Driven, positive attitude with a hands-on management style
