Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Products
Location: South East
The Role
* We are recruiting for a field-based Area Sales Manager role covering the South East, focused on driving sales of a premium, design-led bathroom portfolio.
* In this position, you’ll be responsible for promoting a highly distinctive and stylish product range that genuinely stands out in the market, giving customers a clear competitive advantage.
* You will manage and grow relationships with regional housebuilders, independent bathroom showrooms, and merchants, with a clear focus on increasing spend, strengthening partnerships, and building brand presence.
* A key part of the role will also involve winning and tracking specifications with regional developers, ensuring projects are secured and converted, while continuing to develop and support your existing account base.

Our client is part of a multi-billion-pound group that continues to invest heavily in its people and products. They have an established and growing presence within the KBB sector, offering innovative bathroom solutions distributed through showrooms nationwide.
This market leader are known for their inclusive, supportive culture and strong track record of developing talent internally. Due to a recent promotion, they are now looking to bring in an ambitious and driven Area Sales Manager to join the team.
The Candidate
This role is open to a range of profiles, including:
* Candidates with experience selling KBB products into housebuilders, showrooms, or merchants
* Ambitious bathroom or kitchen showroom professionals looking to step into their first field sales role
* Field sales professionals from any aesthetic or interior product background with a genuine interest in KBB (full training provided)
* Merchant or wholesale sales representatives and existing Area Sales Manager
* Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, personality, confidence, and a strong desire to succeed. A stable career history is essential.
The Package
• Salary up to £45,000
• 20% OTE
• Hybrid company car
