Academics Ltd are delighted to be supporting a respected secondary school in Canterbury with the recruitment of a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Art & Design for a full-time position starting in September 2026.

The school is looking for an inspiring educator who can bring creativity, energy and passion to the classroom while supporting students to achieve their full artistic potential.

About the Role

As Teacher of Art & Design, you will:

Teach Art & Design across KS3 and KS4
Create engaging and imaginative lessons that inspire students
Assess, monitor and support student progress
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Work collaboratively within a supportive departmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience teaching in UK schools
A strong understanding of the UK curriculum
Excellent communication and organisational skills
