Art Teacher (GCSE) – SEN (ASD, ADHD, ODD) – LS24
We are currently seeking a dedicated and creative Art Teacher to support a GCSE-level student with Special Educational Needs in the LS24 area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering engaging, tailored art sessions to a student with ASD, ADHD, and ODD.
The Role:
Deliver 2 x 90-minute sessions per week
Plan and deliver GCSE-level Art lessons tailored to the student’s needs and interests
Build a positive, trusting relationship to support engagement and progress
Adapt teaching strategies to support SEN requirements
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Art at GCSE level
Experience working with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and ODD
Patient, flexible, and creative approach to teaching
Location: LS24
Hours: 2 sessions per week (90 minutes each)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
