About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school on a short-term 2-3 month contract. You will deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3-5 to contribute to a supportive department, and maintain the high expectations set by the school.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a strong ECT looking to gain further experience in a well-structured and successful school environment.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Art lessons across KS3–KS5
*
Plan and prepare engaging schemes of work that inspire creativity
*
Assess, track and report on student progress
*
Create a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management
*
Maintain and oversee the use of Art resources and classroom displays
*
Contribute to department activities and support students in developing artistic technique and confidence

Is a qualified Art teacher (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)

Has strong classroom management and a passion for visual arts

Brings enthusiasm, positivity and a genuine commitment to student progress
