Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Swinton (M27)

Key Responsibilities:

  * Assembling metal products

  * Using hand-held tools and power tools safely and efficiently

  * Reading and working from drawings

  * Ensuring work is completed to quality and safety standards

Requirements:

  * Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  * Ability to read and understand drawings

  * Confident using hand tools and power tools

  * Good attention to detail

  * Reliable and punctual

Benefits:

  * Early finish on Fridays

  * Ongoing work with overtime opportunities

Working Hours:

  * Monday to Thursday: 8am – 5pm or 7am-4pm

  * Friday: 8:00am – 1:30pm

Pay Rates:

  * Basic Rate: £12.71 per hour

  * overtime after 39,5hrs, £19.06

  * overtime after 48,5hrs, £25.42
