Job Description

Assembly Operative – Radcliffe

Aspired Talent is recruiting an Assembly Operative for our client in the Radcliffe area.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent weekday hours and the chance to secure a permanent position.

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am–5:00pm
Friday: 10:30am–2:00pm

Key duties:

Assembling doors and frames
Using hand and power tools
Measuring and fitting components accurately
Inspecting finished products for quality
Following production instructions and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience
Be confident using hand and power tools
Have good attention to detail
Be reliable and able to work well as part of a team
Be comfortable completing practical, hands-on duties

This position is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following the successful completion of the temporary placement.
