Ready to take on a hands-on role as an Assembly Operator in a modern, growing manufacturing business? You’ll be part of a team producing high-quality components in a clean, well-equipped facility, with a stable four-day working week and a clear route from temp to perm.
Working hours: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 18:00–06:00

What you’ll be getting stuck into as an Assembly Operator
Assembling precision mechanical components using a range of hand and power tools
Working to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain safety and quality standards
Carrying out accurate, efficient work to keep pace with production targets
Completing basic visual checks to spot and flag any quality issues early
Keeping your work area organised and safe throughout each shift
Supporting colleagues and responding to instructions from supervisors as production needs change
What you’ll bring to the table as an Assembly Operator
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Confidence using hand and power tools for repetitive, accurate tasks
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, 18:00–06:00
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, including SOPs
Reliable transport to Corwen, such as access to a car or motorbike licence
