Our client, a respected automotive organisation in Mallusk, Northern Ireland, is seeking to appoint an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager.

Assist in the effective management of the dealership’s aftersales department, maximising resource efficiency and departmental performance
Maintain high standards of customer service, providing a positive and professional experience for clients
Build strong, profitable relationships with customers through ethical and professional engagement
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to support and inform customers effectively
Proactively seek opportunities to improve service processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
Support colleagues with knowledge and skills to enhance team performance and profitabilityRequirements:
Proven experience within after-sales, customer service, or a similar position in the motor trade
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Ability to perform proactively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of after-sales systems and processes is advantageous
