Warehouse Manager
Locations: County Antrim - Northern Ireland, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse handling inbound and outbound freight and containerised goods. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient inbound and outbound flow of goods, maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations including inbound and outbound freight, loading, and unloading of containers and vehicles
Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity targets and operational standards are met
Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely processing of shipments
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to optimise operations and delivery schedules
Requirements:
Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role within logistics or freight environments
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including container handling and freight processes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
