Assistant Business Manager - Hounslow
 Location: Hounslow | Pay: £15 - 18 per hour | Contract: Full-time 

We are seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Business Manager to support the School Business Manager in the smooth running of a busy school in Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with HR, Health & Safety, and safer recruitment processes.

Maintain staff data and the Single Central Register.

Support financial management and compliance with school policies.

Monitor staff welfare, absence, and incidents.

Ensure confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection are upheld.

What We're Looking For:

GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or equivalent)

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Understanding of safeguarding and commitment to school values
