Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an Events or Banqueting department. 5 Luxury Background:* Essential experience within a 5-star hotel or ultra-premium hospitality environment. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fine dining service and wine knowledge.
