Salary: up to £45k + package (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in delivery of both residential and retirement builds across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking either an already Assistant Land Buyer or maybe someone from the agency world looking for that opportunity to become an Assistant Land Buyer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in land acquisition and property development, gaining hands-on experience across the full land buying process while working on high-quality and varied development projects.

About the role:
You’ll support our Land Director in identifying, assessing, and securing new development opportunities. From site appraisals and market research to site visits and due diligence, you’ll play a key role in helping grow our development pipeline.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has a strong interest in property, development, and construction
✔ Is proactive, commercially minded, and organised
✔ Has excellent communication skills
✔ Is eager to learn and develop within a supportive team
