We are seeking an experienced Assistant Private Travel Client Manager to join private membership travel management company specialising in world-class travel for an international UHNW clientele. Our client designs, curate and manage unique personalised trips providing seamless service and exclusive access. Our clients USP relies upon discretion with meticulous attention to detail. Every journey has to exceed expectations. This exciting Private Travel opportunity shall provide you with hands-on experience working with illustrious clients, the world’s finest hotels and lodges and top-tier hospitality partners. To be considered for the Assistant Private Travel Client Manager role the candidate MUST be from a UK luxury travel company background. Assistant Private Travel Client Manager Duties: * Liaise with hotels, private jet & yacht charter partners, car services, exclusive events, restaurants, beach clubs, regional experts, etc. * Assist in the research, design and planning of illustrated itineraries. * Support the team in coordinating logistics. * Assist in maintaining the latest client profiles, ensuring personal preferences are prioritised. * Assist the finance team with expense tracking, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation. * Assist in preparing detailed trip cost breakdowns and budget management. * Support the maintenance and organisation of our image library and marketing materials. Assistant Private Travel Client Manager - Essential Requirements: * Strong passion for travel, creative, well organised and having a keen understanding of the luxury sector. * 2-3 years of experience in luxury travel based in the UK is imperative. * Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. * Strong written and verbal English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with * CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not essential). * Strong analytical and financial reconciliation abilities.
