Graduate, Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Housing/Property Developer - Welling 

Salary: £27,000 - 45,000 + package (dependent on experience)

A leading housing/property developer is seeking a Graduate - Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on residential refurbishment projects based in and around the Southeast area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a business unit that is growing at a rapid rate and that has strong backing from a wider business which is among the most established property developers in the UK. Due to the success of this business unit, the opportunity can offer fast and linear progression for the right person.

The ideal candidate could range from someone looking to get started in their career as a Quantity Surveyor to someone with an established history of working as an Assistant QS with the pay reflecting the experience of the individual. 

Role Overview

-	Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

-	Project: Residential Remediation Projects

-	Location: Southeast London

-	Salary: £27,000 - £45,000 + package (dependent on experience)

-	Start: ASAP but they understand that they may have to wait for notice period

-	Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

-	Manage procurement and subcontractor packages

-	Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments

-	Support project reporting and cost forecasting

-	Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team

-	Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

-	Some form of experience with Quantity Surveying whether that is educational or gained on the job

-	Confident communicator with a proactive approach

-	Ambition to grow within the business
